These set of rules must be followed at all times when using our products.
These terms can be modified at our discretion.
Terms
1. Branding
Branding must remain on our models unless you credit us in the experience description. You may customise UIs. We won’t provide support for UI customisation.
2. Custom GUIs
Our logo may be removed from custom GUIs. It cannot be removed from any startup sequences.
3. Redistribution
Do not redistribute or copy our products, scripts, or models. Do not pass them off as your own.
4. Deobfuscation
Do not attempt to deobfuscate our code.
5. Refunds
Refunds are available only for payments made in GBP. Refunds must be requested within 90 days of purchase.
We cannot offer refunds for payments made with Robux. We do not receive the full amount.
6. Chargebacks
Charging back a payment results in an immediate blacklist.
7. Copying
Copying (or intent to copy) our products, scripts, models, or services results in a blacklist.
8. Reselling
Our products cannot be resold, exchanged, or traded as payment.
9. Modifications
You may use custom models with our products. Credit us in the experience description if our logo is not visible.
10. Group requirement
The game owner must be in our group for products to function. Partners bypass this requirement.
Breach of terms
Breaching our terms may result in licenses being revoked or product blacklists being issued.
All paid products contain our "game blacklist" system, which prevents people and/or groups who have been game-blacklisted from easyPOS joining your games. This feature cannot be disabled.
If a user or group poses a threat to our operations or business, game blacklists may be issued, but not as a result of external drama.
We reserve the right to remove licenses or blacklist users at our discretion, even without reason.
