Troubleshooting
In this page, we're going to look at common issues that may occur while using easySchedule.
Board not loading
If your board isn't loading, please check your console by typing '/console' in chat or by pressing F9. Errors and solutions:
Failed to load after 10 attempts: turn on HTTP Requests and retry.
Product not owned: please check if the license holder is the same as game/group owner.
Detected an already running instance: you can't have 2 or more 'easySchedule v1.4' folders with different Configurations at the moment, so only 1 board will load, while the other(s) won't. You can have 2 or more boards, but they must be in the same folder as the first one you configured, and they'll have the same cards being displayed.
Time not being displayed
Please check if the 'LocalTime' LocalScript is disabled and inside the 'Runtime' script, like shown in the image.
