Troubleshooting

In this page, we're going to look at common issues that may occur while using easyDonations.

Board not turning on

Please make sure that HTTP Requests are enabled and retry after saving the settings.

Board not loading in Studio

Please make sure API Services are enabled (in the same page as HTTP Requests) and retry.

Animation not working

Please make sure the Animation is under 'Runtime :: easyDonations v1.5.2' like this:
