Web Features

To enable Web Features of easyDonations, go to your dashboard and click 'Edit' under easyDonations.

Click 'Add Group' in the top right of your screen and select your group. You should now be prompted a Quick Setup guide for Web Features.

Click 'Download' and place the script under the easyDonations Runtime like this:

If your folder looks like this, you're good, easyDonations is running in online mode!

Editing Web Features Settings

When you're inside your group on your dashboard, you can click 'Settings' from the left menu. You will find many options, and we'll go through them now.

Download Web Addon

This is the same .rbxmx file that you downloaded with the Quick Setup guide, and this is useful in case you closed that popup or need another easyDonations installation in another game, to always have your WebToken.

Link Discord Server

If you want to have some statistics about your game(s) donations and individual user donations in your server, this is the right option for you! Click the button, add the easyPOS bot in your server if you haven't already by clicking 'Invite Bot', and then copy the command and paste it in your server. The /donation commands should already work in your server.

Edit Rank

Here you can set who can access the Statistics and Leaderboard page via our website. Set a minimum rank and hit 'Save'. To give access, just share a link to the 'Statistics' page and people with that rank and higher should see it already!

Copy API Key

This will copy into your clipboard the API Key (which is the same found into the WebToken properties and /link donation command). This can be useful in case you accidentally cancel the API Key and want to add it manually.

Import DataStore

This is very useful if you wanna keep your donations from another board (which can be easyDonations or free toolbox model) which stores donations in the Roblox DataStore. Just hit the button and the donations will automatically sync at the next game startup.

Edit Webhook

Here you can set a Webhook URL if you want a notification in your server everytime a user donates (and also get the total donated from that user). Just set the URL, hit 'Save Webhook' and you're done!

Export Data

This option will download a .json file, with all the users who donated (with their IDs) and the amount raised from that user.

Request Deletion

This allows you to permanently delete all your group's data for easyDonations from our databases.

Be extra-careful! After a week from the request, all data will be permanently erased and cannot be restored anymore, so think twice before deleting it forever.
