Receiving payments via proximity prompts

This page will explain how to disable contactless and use a proximity prompt with the EFT reader.

Location

Go to the 'Accessories' model, open 'EFT Reader' then click on 'Touch'.

Adding the proximity prompt

First, press the + next to Touch (appears when hovering over it).

Next, search for "proximity" and click "ProximityPrompt" when it appears.

Great job, you've just made the EFT Reader use a ProximityPrompt instead!

All properties of the ProximityPrompt will get automatically applied by the POS, though if you wish to change how close they must be to pay, change the MaxActivationDistance on the ProximityPrompt.
