Locating the Help Points
All help point customisation options are found within the Help Point model itself, as shown below.

Editing the Help Point
Destination

This determines which channels the alert is sent to upon the button being clicked.
Format:
- All
- This would send the alert to all channels
- Example1
- This would send the alert to the channel named "Example1"
- Example1,Example2
- This would send the alert to the channels named "Example1" and "Example2"
Location

This determines the Location of the device, which is also shown in the alert on the easyLink GUI.
SoundId

This determines the Sound played via the easyLink headset upon the button being clicked.
